About Me.

My name is Kim Newman PT, and I am a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist based in Essex. I’ve had the privilege of serving the Essex County community for the past 29 years, ever since graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy. Over the course of my career, I’ve built strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers throughout the region, delivering hands-on, personalized care that focuses on each individual’s unique needs and goals.

I offer a comprehensive approach to physiotherapy, treating a wide range of conditions including sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility issues. I also provide specialized care for post-operative and post-fracture recovery, as well as support for individuals recovering from workplace injuries (WSIB) and motor vehicle accidents (MVA). With a particular interest in geriatric care, I strive to help older adults maintain independence, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life. Whether you’re recovering from surgery or managing a long-term condition, my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and live well.
